Privacy policy.
Plain-language version: we measure how the site is used so we can improve it and stop fraud on referral links. We do not sell or share your data, we do not show ads, we do not run an email list, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We set one technical cookie that lasts five minutes. What we record when you visit
Our own first-party measurement records: the page you view, the page that sent you (referrer) and any campaign tags in the link, your device type and screen size, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you click (including where on the page), your browser's user-agent and language, and approximate location provided by our hosting network (country, region, city, and network name). Each page our server sends gets a random view ID, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address that changes every day is stored with it. We never store your raw IP address.
To tell readers from bots, the page also reports whether the browser says it is controlled by automation software (the standard navigator.webdriver flag) and the kind and timing of your first interaction: a tap, click, key press or scroll. We record that it happened, never what you type. The server compares these signals with the request that loaded the page (same network, same browser, sent from our own page).
Automated visitors are labeled as such. For crawlers that claim to be a known service (for example Googlebot or ChatGPT), we check the claim against that operator's published IP ranges, network, reverse DNS or cryptographic signature. The check uses the IP address in memory; only the result is stored.
Referral clicks and sign-ups
Every click on one of our referral links (the ones under /go/) gets a random click ID, stored with the same fields as a page view. When a partner's affiliate network supports it, that click ID travels with your visit as a sub-ID, so the network's report of a completed sign-up can be matched to the click. We also record completed sign-ups that partners or their dashboards report to us: the program, the date, the amount when reported, and the click ID when there is one. We never receive or store your name, email or account details from them.
Why
To learn which pages are useful, to detect fraud and abuse on our referral links (for example, copied links replayed by bots), to know which pages lead to sign-ups, and to protect the site with rate limits and security logs.
How long we keep it
Visit and click records are deleted after 180 days. Daily summaries are kept for up to 120 days. Session records expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, and rate-limit counters after a few minutes. Sign-up records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts with partners.
We do not run an email list. A sign-up form existed until October 1, 2026; it was closed without a single email ever being sent, and on October 25, 2026 we deleted every address it had collected. We hold no email addresses from readers.
Cookies, local storage and session storage
We set one first-party cookie for visitors, far_sv. It holds the random ID of the page view the server just sent, lasts five minutes, and our page deletes it as soon as it has read it. Its only purpose is to tie the page's measurement to the server's record of that same view, which is how automated traffic is told apart from readers. It contains nothing about you and is never used across other sites.
In your browser's local storage we keep a random session ID (it stays until you clear your browser storage). In session storage, which your browser empties when you close the tab, we keep the page you landed on and whether you closed an offer bar. A separate cookie exists only on the site owner's own devices, to keep their visits out of the statistics.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser; the site keeps working, including the copy buttons. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are used in U.S. state privacy laws such as California's, so there is nothing to opt out of; a Global Privacy Control signal needs no further action from you.
Referral links
When you click one of our referral links, you leave our site. The company you visit has its own privacy policy and its own tracking for its referral program.
Advertising
We do not currently show ads. If that changes, this page will be updated first to explain which ad provider is used and how to control personalized ads.
Who processes the data
The site and its measurement data are hosted on Cloudflare's network. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tags.
